Where are you located?
Cookie Therapy is proudly based in Central Florida. As an online cookie boutique, all our cookies are lovingly crafted in our founder's home kitchen. This allows for small-batch baking that prioritizes exceptional taste and quality in every bite. You can choose to have your cookies either shipped directly to your door or conveniently picked up.
What are your shipping days?
Shipping day: Monday
We ship our cookies all over the USA. Shipping days are on Mondays. All orders received by the previous Thursday, will be shipped on Monday. Most orders will arrive between 1-4 business days.
When are pick-up days?
Pickup day: Friday
Pickup times: 5-7 p.m.
Ocoee/WinterGarden Area.
By placing my order, I understand that the shipment of all weekly menu orders (Saturday through Thursday) will be processed on Friday and will take 3-4 business days to be shipped on Monday by the shipping company.
These days and times may vary if we attend an event, bazaar, or popup shop. Also, the day/time to choose pickup will be shown before Checkout.
Why are you seeing
sold-out items?
As a small-batch company, our items may occasionally sell out. Stay updated by following our social media channels to be informed about our upcoming cookie releases.
Do you accept large orders?
For large batch cookie order requests, please contact us.
Why can't I order just
one cookie?
Our minimum cookie order is 2 units. The crafting of our products entails a substantial investment of time and resources. This enables us to optimize our operations to ensure we have the necessary means to fulfill all orders. Additionally, our cookies are baked fresh when you place your order, so when you pick them up or order online you can enjoy the deliciousness of a practically just-baked treats.
How long do the cookies last?
Our cookies stay fresh for 3-5 days after delivery when kept in their original sealed packaging. For a longer shelf life, simply freeze them to enjoy later!
Enjoy them warm and soft:
Microwave (out of the packaging) for 8-10 seconds.
For best results, heat in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 4-5 minutes. (cookie consistency may be changed).
Save for later:
Freeze in the original sealed packaging and an airtight container for up to 2 months.
To warm, place frozen cookies (out of the packaging) in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.

While we strive to minimize the risk of cross-contamination at Cookie Therapy, it's important to be aware that we utilize shared equipment and utensils to create our diverse range of products. Please keep in mind that in our production area, we handle wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
